Bl’eau
Bl’eau creates certified organic and natural skincare products with ingredients sourced from the glaciers of British Columbia. They strive to maintain environmental integrity while responsibly harvesting high-quality, mineral-rich ingredients.
Bl’eau reached out to us to help them bring their packaging design ideas to life. Their initial concept was based around their existing website design concepts and asked us to use this as a source of inspiration for the packaging.
The Challenge
We knew the target demographic for Bl’eau was primarily younger women, so we ensured the design adequately reflected their tastes. The result was a soft but stunning colour palette which could be incorporated into the two current Bl’eau product lines (and the five still to come!). The design could also be adapted to fit the varying sizes and shapes of the product containers.
An additional challenge was ensuring our compact designs incorporated necessary product information in both French and English that is required by industry regulators. We achieved this by working with Bl’eau to meticulously edit the copy to ensure the perfect fit and consistency across all product packages. Additionally, we designed the ingredient icons and drawings that are currently displayed on all products and website.
